What it is:

The Light Dark Experience (LDE) is the Light Dark Institute’s VIP offering: a 3-day, 2-night personalized intensive available for individuals or couples (learn more about the LDE for couples here). This is not a group experience - the entire LDE is created and tailor-made just for you. For the full duration of the LDE, you’ll be working with two of our most highly skilled facilitators, Leslie Rogers and Beth Mongold, who put all of their attention on you and what is needed to set you free. Through a combination of in-depth coaching and powerful embodied play, Beth and Leslie will guide you through the unknown as you go deep in exploring the parts of yourself that you have long been rejecting. This is a chance to finally fully shed the light on all the darkness you've been fearing inside yourself, and find all your capacity for power, freedom, and intimacy that has been hiding there. This is a chance to step into yourself fully, as never before.

  • A personalized 3-day, 2-night intensive with meals and lodging at a private kink-themed retreat near Monterey, California.

  • The full undivided attention of two highly skilled facilitators. This is NOT a group experience. You have both these facilitators bringing all of their vision and mastery to the table - through coaching and direct embodied play - 100% to yourself and 100% in service to your intentions for your life, for the full duration.

  • An extensive intake process with multiple coaching calls that deeply explore your life history, the places you’re stuck, and your desires and intentions for your life.

  • Follow-up coaching sessions that help you integrate everything you’ve learned back into your day-to-day life.

    Between lead-up and follow-up coaching calls, punctuated by the powerful in-person intensive, the container of the Light Dark Experience typically unfolds over the course of 2-3 months. This is rapid and deep transformation, that will radically shift the ways you relate to yourself and the world around you, for the rest of your life.
