Our Foundations Workshop Series is for anyone who feels called to unlock the full power of their hearts through embracing the shadows within and around them. Light Dark Foundations provides immersive, hands-on opportunities to grow your capacity to love the darkness in yourself and in the world, and cultivate deeper skills to live and lead with power, compassion and resilience.

Anyone can start with Level 1. From there you can apply to take Level 2.
